Why us
The things that go wrong on arrival day, and what we do about them.

Your flight is late
You give us your flight number when you book, and on the day of the transfer we check with the airline what time you actually land. We move the pick-up at no cost. If the airline tells you first, message us on WhatsApp.

The price changes at the curb
It doesn't. What you see when you book is what you pay — tolls, fuel, parking and driver included. There is no per-bag charge.

Nobody speaks your language
Dispatch answers in Spanish, English and French, 24 hours. If you would rather be spoken to in one of them, say so in the booking notes.

You don't know who is driving
Every driver is licensed, background-checked and speaks English, and the vehicle carries full passenger insurance. In arrivals you are met by our identified representative, who checks your booking before calling your driver.

Plans fall apart
You can cancel up to 24 hours before and we refund the total minus a 10% cancellation fee. Inside 24 hours we would rather move your booking than keep your money.

After you clear customs, walk out to the arrivals hall. Our representative is waiting there, identified with the PCAG logo and a sign with your name: they check your booking and call your driver straight away to pick you up at the meeting point. If you cannot find our representative, message us on the WhatsApp number on your voucher.
